After watching youtube i was able to get my utorrent download speed to I installed utorrent and configured the same settings as my old pc but  I have tried everything I could do make it go faster. My download speed is 3MBs and when i download wih google chrome I get that full 3mbs. why recent problem that started long after I downloaded the most recent uTorrent software update.
